The Rose bedroom can be rented as a three room suite when a pocket door is opened to give direct access to the library and screened porch. It is a favorite of the Bride and Groom as it offers room to ‘spread out’, especially when make-up artists and hairdressers need to be accommodated, or a family renting several rooms who would like a larger private space to meet. The library is a warm cozy room with large leather arm chairs, flat screen TV, bookshelves and games. The fireplace houses a reproduction iron 'wood burning stove', converted to electric. Adjoining the library through a glass door to the west is the screened porch offering water and garden views all around.

Newly renovated with two new full bathrooms, new kitchen and second floor entertainment room with glorious views overlooking the Long Island Sound! The Shorecrest beach house is located on a grassy bluff overlooking the long Island Sound and available for weekly and monthly rentals. Right on the water with its own private beach adjoining that belonging to the Shorecrest B and B, the house has three bedrooms on the ground floor, one with Queen bed, one with a king bed and two with twin beds; a second floor open plan sitting room with twin beds and picture windows overlooking the water; two newly renovated full baths with shower and tub on the ground floor plus outdoor shower; a large living room with fireplace and wall of windows overlooking the Long Island Sound; 42 inch flat screen TV and broad band internet with WiFi; fully equipped newly renovated kitchen with gas stove, counter top dining; dining area with table for 8; adjoining deck also with dining table and garden, all overlooking the water and spectacular sunsets. The cottage comes complete with linens, beach and bathroom towels, beach chairs, and a laundry room with a washer, dryer. It is also centrally air conditioned and fully winterized. There is a 14 night minimum stay requirement for this rental property. Two bedroom completely renovated cottage with open plan living room/ kitchen and large family room. Walk to private beach Just steps away;kick back with a local bottle of pinot in the beautiful sunroom, barbecue in the backyard or cook your favorites in the all new kitchen and dine al fresco on the patio, dining room or eat at the counter and entertain the cook. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other two twins, both with ceiling fans and window air conditioning units. The large full bathroom is also brand new with stone and marble tile, a cathedral ceiling and skylight. The living room is bright and airy with a cathedral ceiling, ceiling fan, and open format; perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The kitchen with granite bar, new cabinets, tile and stainless appliances opens into the living room for the perfect gathering place. The dining room seats 6, but you also have the choice of eating at the bar! A french door leads the way from kitchen to the spectacular sunroom, where you can spread out on the wicker sectional and take in the scenery... or continue on to the new patio or grab a good book from our loaner library and head for one of our adirondack chairs beneath the oak trees.
As the cottage is located in a separate location, not on the grounds of the Shorecrest BandB, breakfast is not included and there is an additional $50 charge for cleaning and garbage removal.
